II. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Data Related to the Use of the Website

a) Using the Website

We process personal data of all individuals using this website, including IP addresses, time spent on the website, or other identifiers, as well as information collected through cookies. These data may be recorded in system logs. The information collected in logs is primarily processed for the purpose of providing services available on our website. We also process this data for technical and administrative purposes, to ensure the security of the information technology system, and for managing this system. Additionally, we use the data for analytical and statistical purposes.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing electronic services related to the access and availability of content stored on the website, including personal data processed in cookies used for technical configuration purposes – the legal basis for processing is the necessity for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, also known as “GDPR”).

We provide the option to contact us through an electronic contact form. Your personal data will be processed by GBPBP for the purpose of conducting correspondence related to inquiries regarding, among others: a) services, b) offers, c) employment, d) internships and traineeships, e) advertising and promotions, f) investor relations, g) media information, h) any other scope specified in the content of your inquiry.

Using the contact form requires providing personal data necessary to establish contact and respond to your inquiry. You may also provide additional data to facilitate our communication or to handle your inquiry effectively.
Providing the data mentioned in the form as mandatory is required to accept and process the inquiry, and failure to provide such data will result in the inability to consider your inquiry. Providing the remaining data is voluntary.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Handling your inquiry sent through the form and pursuing or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data will be processed for the duration of handling your inquiry and for the period of statute of limitations, i.e., six years, or until you effectively object to the processing of your data.

c) Social Media Platforms


We process personal data of individuals visiting our profiles maintained on social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). This data is processed solely for the purpose of managing the profile, including informing about our activities and promoting various events and services offered by GBPBP.

Personal data is processed for the following purpose:

  • Managing our profile on social media platforms and promoting our brand, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of maintaining active profiles on social media platforms or until you effectively object to the processing of your data.

d) Application for a Job Offer in the Recruitment Form

If you are interested in our job offers, you have the possibility to apply for a specific position on our website through the recruitment form.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Conducting the recruitment process, and if you give your consent, also for conducting future recruitment processes – legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, regarding data required by the Labor Code, and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, for additional information provided in the application and in case of consent for participation in future recruitments.
  • Conducting recruitment marketing activities, if you give your consent – legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
  • Utilizing submitted application documents for the purpose of conducting surveys regarding satisfaction with the recruitment or employment process – legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, legitimate interest being the assessment of satisfaction with the recruitment process through surveys.
  • Preparing an employment contract or civil law contract, in case of a positive outcome of the recruitment – legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Personal data processed for the above-mentioned purposes will be stored as follows:

  • In case of giving consent for processing personal data in future recruitment processes – until the consent is withdrawn or for a period of five years from the date of giving consent.
  • In case of giving consent for processing data for recruitment marketing purposes – until the consent is withdrawn or a decision is made to stop recruitment marketing activities.
  • For the purpose of utilizing submitted application documents for surveys regarding satisfaction with the recruitment or employment process, personal data will be stored for one year from the date of application for a specific job offer or until you effectively object to the processing of your personal data.
  • In case of conducting the recruitment process and preparing an employment contract or civil law contract, personal data will be stored for the period required by applicable law.

V. Data Security

We continuously conduct risk analysis to ensure that personal data is processed securely, meaning that access to the data is granted only to authorized individuals and only to the extent necessary for their assigned tasks. We ensure that all operations involving personal data are logged and carried out solely by authorized employees and collaborators.
GBPBP takes all necessary actions to ensure that its subcontractors and other cooperating entities provide guarantees for implementing appropriate security measures whenever they process personal data on our behalf.

VI. Server Logs

Using the website involves sending queries to the server where the website is stored. Each query directed to the server is logged. The logs include, among other things, your IP address, server date, and time, as well as information about the internet browser and operating system you are using. The logs are stored on the server.
The data saved in server logs is not linked to specific individuals using the website and is not used by GBPBP to identify visitors to the website. Server logs serve solely as auxiliary material for administering the website, and their content is disclosed only to persons authorized to administer the server.
