  • Organizing and preparing tenders for the General Contractor or subcontractors for specific work packages.
  • Providing tender procedures with materials incorporating the Client’s guidelines.

  • Preparation of a contract template with the General Contractor.
  • Conducting negotiations with candidates.
  • Cost and technical supervision during construction works.
  • Representing the investor on the construction site.
  • Monitoring the validity and costs of additional works.
  • Multidisciplinary technical supervision over the quality of work.
  • Participation in the acceptance procedure of the facility or conducting the acceptance procedure, including verification of as-built documentation.

Construction management is a service designed for clients who require contractors for specific work packages. This solution is suitable for individuals and companies seeking full control over construction costs. By implementing Construction Management, you can monitor the scope of work through a team of inspectors and allocate tasks to specialized contractors. Investor Supervision

We provide comprehensive support to our Clients through Investor Supervision services. During the construction works, we act as the Inspector of Supervision, from the start of the construction to the final acceptance by the Client. This service allows for real-time verification of the quality of work performed by the Contractor, as well as monitoring the progress and pace of the construction.
